nailboard.art is published on a personal, non-professional basis by a private individual. In accordance with article 6, III, 2° of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher’s identity is not published; it has been provided to the hosting provider named below, which keeps it available to the judicial authorities. The publication director is the publisher of the site.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, États-Unis, phone +1 (559) 288-7060 (https://vercel.com). Pages are delivered through its global network of servers; server-side processing (sign-in, backup, shared links) runs in Francfort, Allemagne (région fra1).

Accounts, backed-up boards and shared boards are stored by Neon, LLC (groupe Databricks, Inc.), États-Unis, in a data centre located in the Union européenne, AWS eu-central-1 (Francfort, Allemagne) (https://neon.com). The cropped photos of shared links and backups are stored by Vercel Blob (Vercel Inc.), object storage located in Francfort, Allemagne (région fra1) (https://vercel.com/docs/vercel-blob). Sign-in e-mails are sent by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, États-Unis (https://resend.com).

Intellectual property

The NAILBOARD name, logo, site structure, texts, illustrations, hand renderings and design library are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without the publisher’s written permission is prohibited.

Photos and images imported by users remain the property of their authors. By importing them you confirm that you hold the rights needed to use them in the app, including for the links you choose to share.

Liability

NAILBOARD is a free preparation and communication tool, provided as is and in beta. The hands view is a preview and does not guarantee the outcome of a service performed by a nail artist. The publisher cannot be held liable for service unavailability, for the loss of data stored locally in your browser, or for a use of shared content contrary to this notice.

Reporting content

Shared boards are published under the responsibility of their authors. To report unlawful content or content that infringes your rights, write to contact@nailboard.art with the address of the link concerned and the reason; reported content will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed promptly.

Personal data and cookies

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. The site shows no advertising, uses no trackers or third-party cookies and never sells or passes on any data; only technical cookies are set (chosen language, sign-in session) and only the data needed for the app to work is processed. The terms of use set out the rules for using the service.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
